Discuss your projectLOCAL PRESENCE, COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT
Each engagement is defined around your products, target countries and sales model. Together, we agree on the services to implement, the authority granted to Livncass Europe and the specialists to involve.
01 / COMMERCIAL ROLE
Build business relationships and maintain the connection with your customers.
Identify and qualify distributors, customers and partners in your target EU countries. Organize discussions, present your offering and follow up on business opportunities.
Support negotiations on sales and distribution terms: territories, prices, volumes and commitments. Signing on behalf of your company takes place only within the scope of expressly granted authority.
Centralize enquiries and coordinate after-sales support, warranties and returns with your teams and the relevant parties. Track cases through to resolution under the agreed procedures.
02 / LOGISTICS ROLE
Organize the flow of goods from your manufacturing operations to your European markets.
Coordinate storage with European logistics providers, inventory counts, availability monitoring and replenishment. Storage conditions are adapted to the nature of the products.
Organize receiving, order fulfilment and delivery to distributors or end customers. Coordinate carriers, shipment tracking and returns logistics.
Assess, with qualified operators, the benefits of a customs warehouse or free zone. These arrangements may suspend applicable duties and taxes under certain conditions; implementation depends on the authorizations and procedure selected.
03 / ADMINISTRATIVE & LEGAL ROLE
Coordinate procedures and define responsibilities before products are placed on the market.
Organize the identification of requirements for your products and target markets: documentation, labelling, languages, traceability and sector-specific procedures. Coordinate checks with qualified experts and monitor regulatory developments.
Prepare and centralize the information needed for customs clearance: commercial documents, origin, tariff classification and value. Coordinate declarations with a registered customs representative using the applicable declaration systems, including DELTA in France.
Coordinate the review of registration, filing and payment obligations with tax and accounting advisers. Organize the monitoring of customs duties, VAT and other applicable taxes according to the flows and country involved.
Define the appointed role in writing: commercial agent, importer or, where the applicable framework permits, an EU-established authorized representative for regulatory purposes. Specify products, territories, signing powers, documentation obligations and procedures for handling incidents or recalls.
04 / FINANCIAL ROLE
Financial coordination tailored to your business model.
Organize invoicing in euros or the agreed currency. Livncass Europe invoices in its own name when it is the seller; invoicing on behalf of a client requires an appropriate mandate and compliance with applicable rules.
Track due dates, reconcile payments and coordinate customer reminders. Payment collection and debt recovery arrangements are defined in the contract; specialized procedures are entrusted to authorized professionals where necessary.
Provide agreed reports on sales, inventory, logistics costs, receivables and margins, based on available data. Give your company regular insight into its European operations.
A CLEAR FRAMEWORK FOR EVERY ENGAGEMENT
The scope is agreed with you,
before operations begin.
Services, countries covered, signing powers, financial flows and deliverables are set out contractually. A commercial engagement does not automatically confer other representative roles.
Activities requiring registration, accreditation or authorization are performed by professionals who hold the necessary credentials. Tax and customs representation are subject to specific qualification requirements.
Legal obligations depend on the role actually performed. A mandate does not transfer all of the manufacturer’s responsibilities. Each party’s responsibilities and the necessary insurance coverage are reviewed before the engagement.
The applicable framework depends on the product, country and operational arrangements. These resources clarify the distinctions between the main roles.
